"Open File" and "File Save As" dialog box problem

File sort order does not match the expected on the "Open File" and "File Save As" dialog box

How to:

1. Right click "My Computer" select "Explorer"
2. Right-click on the blank in the right panel
3. Select "Arrange Icons by" (select according to what you want), example select "Name"
4. Then close the "Explorer" by holding down "Ctrl" and click "X" in upper right corner "Explorer"
5. By default, each time you open the "Explorer" will file a sequence based on the "Name"
6. Do the same thing on the "Open File" and "File Save As" dialog box

This problem is easy but very confusing if not according to what you want
